3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself, including medical history, when using our services. Inaccurate information may affect your medical care and treatment outcomes.

3.2 Medical Decisions

You acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for your own medical decisions

5.1 Reservations

Treatment bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by healthcare providers. A booking is confirmed only after you receive written confirmation from us.

5.2 Pricing

Prices quoted are estimates and may vary based on individual medical assessments. Final pricing will be confirmed after medical evaluation. We strive to provide accurate estimates but cannot guarantee final costs until treatment is complete.

5.3 Payment Terms

5.4 Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary by service and provider. Generally:

• Cancellations 14+ days before: Full refund of deposits (minus processing fees)
• Cancellations 7-14 days before: 50% refund of deposits
• Cancellations less than 7 days: No refund
• Medical emergencies: Reviewed case by case

6. Travel and Accommodation

Travel and accommodation services are provided by third-party partners. We:

• Facilitate bookings but are not liable for third-party service quality
• Recommend travel insurance for all medical tourists
• Are not responsible for visa refusals or travel restrictions
• Cannot guarantee specific flights or hotels, which are subject to availability

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Tabriz Health is not liable for any medical outcomes, complications, or dissatisfaction with treatment results.
• We are not liable for actions, errors, or omissions of healthcare providers, tourism partners, or other third parties.
• Our total liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the coordination fees you paid to us.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Tabriz Health or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
